Q:What is your return/refund policy

 A: ALL sales are final. 

We will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to customerservice@laboshybeauty.com.  We will follow up with you within 48 hours.

Please allow 2-5 days processing time and 2-5 days for shipping.

We offer free 2 day shipping on domestic orders over $50.00.
